I cannot find this question with Archive or Google search.
Why are some files lacking flac derived. I even went back and derived again with no additional files adding flac.

All files are wav and are recorded the same way with the same information. The only differences are title and length of file. All files are mono.

the ones the did not derive flacs are actually flacs not wavs. the task log for 001 001 Under the Trees in East Lansing - 130808 Rima Adiego shows CLASS:flac for the .wav file

I'm Sorry for the delayed response, I was waiting to get an email flag.

All the files were uploaded at wav and are identical in format ie: Mono 24-bit wave.

This should cause derive process should respond identically to all files.

Also, I am trying to take down origianl site https://archive.org/details/UnderTheTreesInEastLansing130808Adiago

Instructions for creating site were vague and a file was used as the name.

Also everything locked up for several days and I could not upload dated material.

The new site is:https://archive.org/details/UnderTheTreesInEastLansing

Everything that I can peel off of first site has been removed.

UnderTheTreesInEastLansing130808Adiago is removed.

the other has issues with some of the files. do know what the specific problem is but repeated derives fail to produce flacs.
